It is fundamental to be able to speak Japanese to work in Japan.
English is not enough.
If you cannot speak Japanese language, it is difficult to find a job.
You should be able to understand and speak Japanese.
 
We recommend that you study for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
